"Probably won’t order from here again"
I tried customframes.com once, and I’m not in a rush to use them again. The process felt more frustrating than it needed to be, and when the frame finally showed up, it just didnt feel like it was worth what I paid.
Maybe other people have better luck with them, but for me it was a one-time thing. Next time I’ll probably just go to a local shop or stick with a site I already know and trust.

I had a small issue with my frame order when it showed up, and I wasn’t sure if I was being too picky about it or not. I ended up emailing them anyway, not really expecting much, but they replied quickly and took care of it without making it awkward or complicated. They sent a replacement, and it looks great now. Really appreciate when a company just handles a problem instead of turning it into a whole back-and-forth...

"Nice frame, but ordering was frustrating"
I was excited to find a frame I liked, and the final product seems like it’ll be worth it. That said, the ordering process was frustrating. The site felt confusing, and it kept sending me back to previous steps, so it took way longer than it should have just to order one frame. I’m still glad I found the style I wanted, but I really hope they make the website easier to use.

"Hardware made it easy"
The frame came with right hanging stuff, so it was simple to put up. I didn’t have to make a quick trip to the store for any extra pieces, which was really nice
"Return worked out, but the process dragged a bit"
I ordered a frame and ended up returning it because the color looked totally different once I had it in my room. Finding the return form wasn’t hard, but then I had to wait a couple days just to hear back, which was kind of annoying.
They did refund me in the end, so I can’t complain too much about that part. I just wish the steps had been clearer from the start instead of feeling like the goalposts kept moving a little every time I asked what was next.

I’m disappointed with my experience with Customframes. Their team really dropped the ball on keeping me updated, and I kept having to check in myself just to figure out what was going on with my order. When they did reply, it felt slow and not all that useful. Since this was a custom item, I expected them to be a lot more on top of communication. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Replacement was fine, but I felt brushed off"
The replacement did eventually come through, but it took longer than I expected. When I asked about it, I kind of felt like my concerns were being brushed off instead of taken seriously. It worked out in the end, but the whole process could’ve been handled better.

I wasn’t totally sure how it would look at first, but being able to preview everything before ordering made it a lot easier. I could make changes and feel a bit more confident before checking out.

"Nice options, but not quite everything I needed"
I checked out customframes.com and they had a good selection. I did find the few styles I really liked, but some of the sizes and colors I was looking for weren’t available. It made picking something take a bit longer than I expected. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just wish they had a little more variety.

I was disappointed with this. The frame felt kind of cheap right away, and within a week it already cracked?! I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, so I expected it to last a lot longer.

I ordered a custom frame and the instructions were super easy to follow. Like, I was expecting to get a little confused with the measurements or options, but it kind of just walked me through everything. I didn’t really have to stop and guess what to do next, which was nice. Made the whole order feel simple, and yeah, I’d probably use them again.

"Delivery was such a headache"
I ordered this frame as a gift and it ended up arriving way later than the date they originally gave me, with almost no updates along the way, so I kept having to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on, which was really frustrating and took a lot of the excitement out of giving it

"Pretty let down by the whole order"
I’m disappointed with customframes.com. The frame showed up later than I expected, and when it finally arrived, the corners didn’t even look properly lined up. I reached out to support, but they took their time getting back to me and didn’t really offer anything useful. For what they charge, I was expecting something that felt a lot better made. Feels like they dropped the ball on this one, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again

"The frame looked nice enough when it..."
The frame looked nice enough when it showed up, and I don’t really have any complaints about the actual quality. But once I started adding options, this whole fancy-frame thing got expensive quickly.
I’ve ordered similar custom frames from other places for less, so the value just didn’t really land for me. It’s not awful or anything, but unless the prices come down, I probably wouldn’t bother ordering again.

"Refund process was... a lot"
So, I’m trying to stay calm about it, but getting my refund from Customframes was such a hassle. I had to keep checking in, and every response felt like it wasn’t really moving anything forward. The product itself wasn’t necessarily terrible or anything, but the refund process was slow, stressful, and way more annoying than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t order from them again after this

"A Bit Let Down by the Frame Quality"
I was a little disappointed when I opened it up. The frame looked cheaper in person than I expected, and I noticed small gaps in the corners right away. The finish also felt a bit rough in a few spots. It does hold my print just fine, so it’s not unusable, but based on my experience, I don’t think it quite matches the price.

"Checkout should be a lot easier than this"
I tried to place an order, but I couldn’t even get through checkout because the pages kept freezing. I get that websites have glitches sometimes, but if the checkout doesn’t work, that’s a basic problem. It really shouldn’t be this hard to buy something.

"Pretty good, though slightly later than expected"
I ordered a custom frame and it did arrive fairly quickly, but I’ll admit I was a little annoyed it showed up about a day later than I was hoping. The packaging was fine and nothing was damaged, which was a relief. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, and I’d probably use them again, but the timing could’ve been just a bit better.
